This Agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of July 2017, by and between the Board of Education of the Bad Axe Public Schools District, Bad Axe, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board" and the Bad Axe Education Association, hereinafter called the "Association" pursuant to Act 379 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1965. Wherever “Board of Education” or “Superintendent” is used, it shall mean “or designee.”
