This Programmatic Agreement (PA) is entered into between the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service, henceforth “NRCS,” and the <Tribe name>, henceforth named “Tribe.” Under the terms of this PA, NRCS and the Tribe agree to provide complementary and compatible assistance related to delivery of targeted conservation benefits resulting from addressing resource concerns in the project area. Collectively, NRCS and the Tribe are referred to as “Parties.”
