This is an agreement among the Department of Defense (DoD), acting through the Military Aviation and Installation Assurance Siting Clearinghouse, the Department of the Air Force (MILDEP), acting through the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations (collectively, the “DoD parties”), and Walleye Wind, LLC (Project Owner). Together, these
