This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the AIVF Software Licensing Agreement, or other agreement governing the use of AIVF’s AI-based software platform (“Agreement”) entered by and between you (“you”, “your”, "Customer"), and AIVF Ltd. (“AIVF”). AIVF processes certain personal data for the Customer in the context of providing installation, hosting, and technical support services for AIVF’s AI-based software platform (the “Services”). This DPA sets out the terms that apply to the Processing of Personal Data (as defined below) by AIVF, on behalf of Customer, in the course of providing the Services to Customer under the Agreement.
