This is a contract wherein the individual, age 25 or older, who is booking and signing the reservation form, will be known as the Primary Guest. This contract between the Property Owners/MYCC Rentals LLC and the Primary Guest will become valid and enforceable when the deposit has been paid and the booking has been confirmed in writing. The Primary Guest is responsible for all information contained in the reservation form and agrees to limit occupancy to only the number of guests indicated on the form. A $50 charge for each additional guest not listed on the form will be imposed.
