Amendment to the Agreement BetweenJuly 8th, 2005
Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), Your Communication Connection Group, Inc. (“Your Communication Connection Group”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated January 1, 2004 (“Agreement”) to be effective March 11, 2005.
