These Terms of Sale for Eggplant Software Licenses and Services ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions under which Keysight Technologies, Inc. on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (“Keysight”) will license Software, perform Services, and provide Deliverables according to an Order from a Customer. Software Support and Maintenance is described in Exhibit A. If Customer purchases access to Keysight Hosted Software, Exhibit B applies. If Customer purchases Managed Load Testing Services (“MLT Services”), Exhibit C applies.
