This Agreement is entered into by and between the County of Goodhue through its County Attorney’s Office (herein “County”) and the State of Minnesota acting through its agent First Judicial District, Goodhue County District Court (herein “Court”). County and Court shall sometimes individually be referred to as “party” and collectively as “parties” in this agreement.
