THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of December, 2008 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and LSA Associates, Inc. 132 West Mountain Avenue, Ft. Collins, CO 80524, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of a Long-Range Transportation Research Study and an update to the Long Range Transportation Plan for the Rapid City Area Metropolitan Planning Organization.
