All of the terms, conditions and agreements set forth in this Master Subcontract Agreement (sometimes also referred to herein as “Subcontract,” “Subcontract Agreement” or “Agreement”) apply to and are expressly incorporated herein by reference to any Purchase Order issued by Robovent Solutions Group, Inc. (“Robovent”) to Subcontractor. Subcontractor acknowledges that Robovent has entered into a contract (the “Contract”) for the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, and services in connection with the Project, Owner and Work Site identified in the Purchase Order. Subcontractor agrees that it shall perform that portion of the Contract work as described in the Purchase Order.
