The City of Grants Pass has approved with conditions a development permit for the application described above. The applicant desires to begin use and occupancy of the above named site prior to completion of all of the required improvements. Section 19.060 of the City of Grants Pass Development Code authorizes the occupancy of the site prior to completing the improvements provided a completion guarantee is submitted to the City of Grants Pass covering the cost of the improvements.
