THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into effective this day of , 2014, by and between DURHAM COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and ALLIANCE BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE, a Local Management Entity/Managed Care Organization existing under N.C.G.S. Chapter 122C, having a mailing address of 4600 Emperor Blvd. Durham, NC 27713 (hereinafter referred to as “Alliance”) (individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
