(“SFBC”), a Maryland corporation, Sound Community Bank (the “Bank”), a Washington state-chartered commercial bank, and Matthew P. Deines (the “Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates the Change in Control Agreement between SFBC, the Bank and the Executive as originally adopted effective October 30, 2013 (the “Prior Agreement”).
