In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the matter of Facilities Agreement Dated 27th July 2021, Deed of Assignment Dated and Power of Attorney Both dated 27th September 2019 and Sale and Purchase Agreement Dated 6th July 2021, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors/Borrowers and Kenwingston Seven Up Sdn Bhd (‘the Developer’) and (“the Proprietors”), it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
