This Associate Member Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between (“Member”) and SAE Industry Technologies Consortia, a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation having an office at 16701 Melford Blvd., Suite 120, Bowie, MD 20715 (“SAE ITC”). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions for non-airline Associate Membership in the AEEC, AMC, and/or FSEMC aviation industry activities (“Activities”) organized by ARINC Industry Activities (“ARINC IA”), an industry program of SAE ITC.
