THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, with a mailing address of 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida, 32802-1393, on behalf of its Mental Health and Homelessness Division (the “County”), and THE DEVEREUX FOUNDATION, INC. D/B/A DEVEREUX ADVANCED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FLORIDA, a Pennsylvania not for profit corporation with a principal address at 444 Devereux Drive, Villanova, Pennsylvania 19085 (the “Agency” or “Devereux”). The County and the Agency may be referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
