Scope. This Dedicated Internet Access Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Customer is purchasing telecommunication services from US Signal Company, L.L.C. and its subsidiaries (“US Signal”), a Michigan limited liability company with offices at 201 Ionia Avenue SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Customer’s purchase of the Dedicated Internet Access Service (the “Service” or “Services”) may be for the integration of such Service(s) into its own network or resale thereof to its end user.
