This Agreement governs the possible selection and distribution by WIN of Talent's digital photographs ("Images") in its WINg Collection ("WINg Collections") provided by WIN and approved below by Talent.. This contract is for the WINg collection only. All other collections at WIN are governed by a different contract. WINg Collection is a collection of low resolution images (minimum file size 2MB) photographed with ANY camera (including mobile devices and alternative media). The WINg Collection focuses on spontaneous and authentic imagery in line with WIN's youth culture brand ID.
