AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter the “City”) whose address is 1126 East S.R. 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708, and ANNA J. ONDICK Revocable Trust dated March 3, 1999, as amended, whose address is 989 Greentree Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32789 (hereinafter the “Owner”), and shall be fully enforceable in accordance with the terms hereof.
