(“Agreement”) under the New York Land Bank Act, Article 16 of the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, between THE COUNTIES OF HERKIMER, MONTGOMERY, OTSEGO and SCHOHARIE, all of NY (hereinafter the “Counties”) and the CITIES OF ROME and UTICA, all of NY (hereinafter the “Cities”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”) for the purpose of establishing and creating the GREATER MOHAWK VALLEY LAND BANK (“GMVLB”), a type C not-for-profit corporation to administer and implement the purposes and objectives of this Agreement.
