This Agreement is made and entered into this day of 2015 by and between the Indiana Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as “INDOT”), the City of Fishers, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the “Fishers”), the City of Noblesville, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the “Noblesville”), and the Commissioners of Hamilton County, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the “County”), jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
