This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and among the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (“GMLS”), the real estate firm whose name and contact information appear on the signature page of this Agreement designated "Firm Information and Signature (“Firm”), and the companies/individuals, if any, whose names and contact information appear on the signature pages of this Agreement designated “Consultant Information and Signature” and who fall within the definition of “Consultant” set forth in Section 1. (collectively, “Consultants”).
