THIS FACILITIES USAGE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , by and between WALLA WALLA PUBLIC SCHOOLS (“District”) and the USING PARTY identified below. Throughout this Agreement, the term “USING PARTY” includes, but is not limited to, USING PARTY’S employees, agents, representatives, participants, volunteers, servants, members, spectators, invitees, licensees and guests.
