This SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of _______________, 2018 is entered into between The City of Lancaster, a municipal corporation and charter city organized and operating under the laws of the State of California, in furtherance of its Lancaster Choice Energy program, as pledgor (“City”), and River City Bank, a California corporation, not in its individual capacity, but solely as collateral agent (in such capacity, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity, the “Collateral Agent”), for the benefit of the PPA Providers (as defined below) and California Choice Energy Authority (“CCEA”), as Secured Creditors (as defined below).
