This Agreement is made and entered into this day of 2020, between the Southeast Service Cooperative (SSC) and Holmes, Murphy and Associates, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as Consultant) to provide insurance, benefits consulting and related member services to SSC, its members and the employees of its members, as described in this agreement. This agreement replaces any other agreements previously made between the parties.
