I, the undersigned, and if I am a person under 18 years of age, my parent or legal guardian and I (hereafter “I”) understand that my participation in the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation’s, Sun Valley FIS Open, at Sun Valley Company, March 5th-March 12th, 2020 (“Event”) involves SIGNIFICANT RISK OF SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR EVEN DEATH.
