between the City of Berlin, New Hampshire ("CLIENT") and Wright-Pierce ("ENGINEER"). CLIENT intends to conduct an alternatives analysis with costs for providing sewer service to current and future users along the Route 110 corridor near the existing Dead River Pump Station and northwest of Jericho Brook (the "Project"). The City is anticipating potentially significant growth along this corridor including an RV and tent campground (RM Northern, LLC), potential hotel and other development.
