As per SUNY Orange policy, a faculty or staff advisor is required to be at all evening, weekend and off-campus events sponsored by SUNY Orange clubs. By signing this form, the faculty or staff member agrees to be at the event listed above for its full duration. It is also understood that club events held without an advisor present may be cancelled or shut down at the discretion of SUNY Orange Security or the Center for Student Involvement and the club may be subject to disciplinary action.
