I, _ (“Participant”), commit to participate in the 2020 Climb to Fight Cancer (“Climb”) as a member of: Peak Date of Climb , 2020 with a nonrefundable registration fee $ _ (“Registration Fee”) payable to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, a Washington nonprofit Corporation (“Fred Hutch”). The Registration Fee for Mts. Adams, Baker, Hood, Olympus, Rainier, Shasta, and Shuksan is $200; for Denali, Elbrus, Everest Base Camp Trek, Kilimanjaro, and Volcanoes of Mexico is $1,000.
