This Master Subscription Agreement for Cloud File Services (the “Agreement”) permits you to purchase (or trial) a subscription to products, solutions and services from Nasuni Corporation (“Nasuni” or “we”) pursuant to the terms on your Order(s) referencing this Agreement and set forth the terms and conditions under which those products, solutions and services will be delivered. The terms of this Agreement take precedence over any inconsistent terms in the Order. If you have entered into a separate written agreement with Nasuni regarding the use of the Software, then the terms of that agreement will prevail and will govern your use of the Software. If you have ordered the Software through a Nasuni reseller, the terms of this Agreement shall apply to the exclusion of all other varying terms and conditions other than the terms of the Order placed by the reseller for you.
