THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of 2011 by and between the City of Durham (hereinafter referred to as the (“Licensor” or “the City”) and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (as successor in interest to BellSouth Personal Communications, LLC)(hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”).
