The terms and conditions of this agreement shall constitute a legally valid and subsisting agreement between Orange Waves Networks Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "OWNPL") and the Customer (named in the CAF) ("Agreement") and their respective successors, permitted assigns, heirs, executors, and administrators. The conditions mentioned herein are understood and accepted by the Customer and shall be applicable to the Customer from the date of signing of the customer application form ("CAF") and for the duration of the provision of the Services to the Customer. To avail the Services, the Customer accepts and agrees to the terms contained herein.
