These SOTI MobiControl Service Level Terms (“Terms”) are part of and compliment the SOTI MobiControl End User Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) between SOTI and the Licensee should the Licensee have a valid service contract with SOTI to provide the Licensee with support and maintenance services. Unless otherwise stated herein, the purchased license (“License”) remains unchanged and in full force and effect. Terms defined in the License shall have the same meaning within these Terms unless indicated as otherwise. If there is a conflict between the terms of the License and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
