The parties agree that between them there are the following dispute agreements and disputes concerning: Edward Parker, the first party, and Andrew Quaid, the second party, encountered an accident in which the vehicle of the parties collided with each other. The damage was estimated to be $2,000.00 by the first party, and $500 incurred by the second party. Edward Parker, is willing to pay the cost of the damages sustained by Andrew Quaid. Through this instrument the parties implement such agreement under the following conditions for the settlement of all claims and causes of action of any kind: The parties agree that this is a compromise agreement and that nothing contained therein shall be construed as an admission of any fault or liability of such party. Therefore, any claim, suit or interest that are the subject of this matter, asserted by one, will cause you to dismiss the case with prejudice.
