This Chapter 381 Economic Development Program Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF EL PASO, TEXAS (“COUNTY”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and GWR El Paso Property Owner LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company authorized to do business in Texas (together with its successors and assigns, the “COMPANY”) for the purposes and considerations stated below. The COUNTY and the COMPANY are also referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
