This Business Debit Card Agreement together with the Business ATM/ Debit Card Application ("Application") establishes the terms and conditions governing the Business Debit Card issued by Mercantile Bank ("Bank") to the Business specified in the Application ("Customer"). If any terms of this Agreement conflict with the Account Terms and Conditions provided at account opening, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail but only to the extent of the conflict.
