This Service Agreement and any additional Work Orders include the “General Terms and Conditions” that are set forth in this proposal and the Marina Rate Schedule. By signing this Service Agreement, Owner acknowledges that it has received, read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions and Rate Schedule as part of this Agreement and that these terms and conditions will also apply to any additional work orders that might be agreed to by Owner and the Marina. Owner hereby accepts the Marina’s Service Agreement to perform the services contained on the front page and Owner further agrees that the “General Terms and Conditions” apply to all services performed on the Vessel, including any future additional work and change orders. The person signing this Service Agreement warrants and represents that he or she is either the Vessel Owner or its authorized representative who has authority to bind the Owner and Vessel to the terms of this Agreement.
