THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of , 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Albany, a municipal corporation (“Buyer”) and Western Forge & Flange Co., a California corporation (“Seller”). Seller and Buyer are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
