This Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [ ] (this “Effective Date”), by and between Achieved Technologies Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Israel, with offices located at 44 HaMaayan Street, Modi'in, Israel (the “Company”), and [ ], a [ ] incorporated under the laws of [ ], with offices located at [ ] (the “Customer”). Each of the Company and the Customer shall be hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”. It is hereby clarified, that this Agreement shall govern the relationship between the Parties as to any of the Services provided or to be provided to Customer as set forth in each Proposal (as defined below).
