The Purchase Order issued to the “Seller”, as specified on the Purchase Order, by NYU Langone Hospitals (“NYULH”), NYU Grossman School of Medicine (“NYUGSOM”), NYU Long Island School of Medicine (“NYU LISOM”), NYU Langone Health System (the “System”), or any entity controlled by any of them, as the case may be, (any of which being “Buyer”, as specified on the Purchase Order) and these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Purchase Order” or “Order”) are the exclusive terms and conditions with respect to the purchase and sale of goods, materials and equipment (“Goods”) and/or of labor or services (“Services”) specified in the Purchase Order.
