This Product Schedule (the “Schedule”) between Intermedia.net, Inc. (collectively, together with its direct and indirect subsidiaries (including without limitation Intermedia Technologies Company Ltd. and Intermedia.net Technologies Canada, Inc.), “Intermedia”) and the purchaser of the Services (as defined below) (“You”) applies to the Intermedia Unite® Archiving services (the “Services”), is effective immediately, and is issued pursuant to and incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Master Service Agreement (the "MSA") by and between Intermedia and You.
