This Agreement shall govern Customer’s initial purchase on the Effective Date as well as any future purchases made by Customer which reference this Agreement. Einblick provides the Products on a subscription basis (each, a “Subscription”) beginning on the date of Customer’s purchase, enrollment, registration, sign up or execution of an order form (collectively, “Order”) for the duration of the term purchased by Customer (“Subscription Term”).
