(Customer) DeRita Woodworking agrees to draw all necessary plans to complete the work ordered by the customer, and/or to provide the customer with a bid for same. Design services are billed at _$50.00_ per hour. If the customer chooses not to proceed with the work, this deposit will be refunded to them, less the amount of the design time at the specified hourly rate. If the customer does proceed with the work, the deposit received will be considered a down payment against the final purchase price.
