THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in the State of Nebraska (City), and Hartland Homes, Inc., a Nebraska corporation (Hartland), Schwisow Construction, Inc., a Nebraska corporation (Schwisow), and Developments Unlimited, LLP, a Nebraska limited liability partnership (Developments Unlimited). Hartland, Schwisow and Developments Unlimited are collectively referred to herein as Redevelopers.
