THIS STANDARD LARGE GENERATOR INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this ____ day of ________ 20__, by and between ________________, a ________________ organized and existing under the laws of the State/Commonwealth of ________________ (“Interconnection Customer” with a Large Generating Facility), ISO New England Inc., a non-stock corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“System Operator”), and ________________, a ________________ organized and existing under the laws of the State/Commonwealth of ________________ (“Interconnecting Transmission Owner”). Under this Agreement, the Interconnection Customer, System Operator, and Interconnecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
