Answer: Almost every housing unit has telephone access currently. Most housing units have at least one (1) video visitation terminal with low voltage power, but some have 110 volt power run and not being used. Locations and amount of new wiring will completely depend on each Respondent’s proposal, so we cannot answer this question.
