It is hereby agreed by and between the Board of Education of the Fremont Public School District (hereinafter "Board") and Kenneth Haggart (hereinafter "Superintendent") that pursuant to Section 1229(1) of the Revised School Code, the Board in accordance with its action found in the minutes of its meeting held on the 25th day of June, 2018, has and does hereby employ the said Superintendent for a three (3) year period commencing on July 1, 2018 and ending on June 30, 2021, according to the terms and conditions as described and set forth herein as follows:
