THE CI TY OF NAPLES, FLORI DA, a municipal corporation (" Owner" ), hereby contracts with D. Garrett Construction, Inc. (" Construction Manager" ) of Naples, FL, a Florida corporation, to perform all work (" Work" ) in connection with the management and construction of that certain construction of the Norris Community Center (" Project" ), located at Cambier Park, 8th Street, Naples, FL, said Work being set forth in the Plans and Specifications being prepared by Warner Architects, Inc., the Architect and/or Engineer of Record (" Design Professional" ) and other Contract Documents hereafter specified.
