The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Covenant Kids, Inc. d\b\a CK Family Services (“Grantee”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to the Medicaid Services Capacity for High-Needs Children in the Foster Care System grant program contract effective July 27, 2019 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000051500001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
