This Franchise Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on March 2, 2023 by and between the City of Elk Grove, a municipal corporation (“City”), and USA Waste of California, Inc., DBA Sac Val Disposal, a California Corporation (“Franchisee”); City and Franchisee are collectively referred to herein as “Parties.”
